Maintenance
How Often Should You Detail Your Car in the Phoenix Valley?

A practical detailing schedule for Arizona drivers, from daily commuters to weekend cars, plus the signs it's time to book sooner.
The short answer
For most Valley drivers, a full detail every four to six months with maintenance washes in between hits the right balance of cost and condition. Sun exposure, not mileage, is what drives that timeline here.
Match the schedule to how you drive
Adjust from the baseline based on how the vehicle lives:
- Daily commuter, parked outside: full detail every 4 months, exterior refresh every 6–8 weeks.
- Family hauler with kids or pets: interior detail every 3 months, full detail twice a year.
- Garage-kept weekend car: full detail twice a year is plenty.
- Work truck on job sites: exterior every 6 weeks, interior quarterly.
Signs to book sooner
Water sitting flat instead of beading, a rough texture on the paint, cloudy headlights, a musty smell from the vents, or visible dust rings on the dash all mean the car is past due.
If you're not sure which package fits, send us the year, make and model with a couple of photos. We'll tell you honestly whether you need a full detail or just an exterior refresh.
